Kent Scareground Ticket Policy

  1. Free Carer Ticket:

    • Visitors who require a full-time carer to accompany them during their visit to Kent Scareground are entitled to receive one free carer ticket that mirrors the full price of the purchased ticket.

    • To avail the free carer ticket, visitors must present valid documentation at the ticketing counter.

    • The following types of documentation are accepted as proof for the entitlement of a free carer ticket: a) Disability Living Allowance Award Letter or Attendance Allowance Award Letter, dated within the last 6 months. b) A headed letter from a GP (General Practitioner) or Consultant, dated within the last 6 months, confirming the need for a full-time carer.

    • The presented documentation will be verified by our staff, and upon confirmation, a free carer ticket will be issued.

  2. Student Discount and ID Requirement:

    • Students are eligible for a discounted ticket price. To avail the student discount, valid student identification must be presented at the ticketing counter.

    • All other visitors are not required to bring ID unless purchasing a student discount ticket.

  3. Refund Policy:

    • Please note that Kent Scareground does not issue refunds for ticket cancellations.

    • All ticket sales are final, and once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for another date or event.

    • We recommend carefully reviewing the event details, dates, and ticket quantities before making a purchase.

  4. Ticket Transfers:

    • While ticket cancellations are not possible, we do allow ticket transfers to another person.

    • If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else, provided the ticket has not been used or scanned for entry.

    • The transfer of a ticket should be arranged privately between the ticket holder and the individual receiving the ticket.

    • Kent Scareground will not be responsible for facilitating or overseeing ticket transfers.

  5. Ticket Delivery and Collection:

    • Tickets can be purchased online through our website or at the door of the event.

    • Online ticket purchases will be delivered via email, and the ticket holders must present either a printed copy of the ticket or display the electronic ticket on a mobile device for scanning at the event entrance.

    • Tickets purchased at the door will be issued as printed tickets, which must be presented for scanning at the event entrance.

    • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced, so it is essential to keep your ticket safe and secure.

  6. Ticket Usage:

    • Each ticket is valid for a single entry to Kent Scareground on the specified date and time slot, as indicated on the ticket.

    • Once a ticket has been scanned and used for entry, it cannot be reused or transferred to another person.

    • Duplicate tickets will be flagged as invalid, and individuals attempting to use duplicate tickets may be denied entry.

  7. Event Changes and Cancellations:

    • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kent Scareground reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, attractions, or cancel the event altogether.

    • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform ticket holders in advance through the contact information provided during the ticket purchase process.

    • If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be offered the option of a refund or a credit voucher for future events, subject to our discretion and terms.
