Doors open at 6:00pm. Last entry to The Kent Scareground is at 9:00pm, event closes at 11:00pm

We strongly advise prebooking your tickets online. We cannot garantee tis event willl not sell out and tickets may not be available on the door.

This event is strictly for 14+ year olds when accompanied by an adult. At Least one adult per group must accompany 14-15 year olds during the Haunts.
16+ can be admitted to the Mazes on their own.

Yes you can bring a bag, however it will be checked upon entry and there are no locker facilities available on site. Our security team is in place for your own safety and wellbeing, we ask you to fully cooperate with all bag checks on arrival.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the evetn our scare mazes are not suitable for wheelchair users, however the event in fully accessible.
Visitors with the following documentation are entitled to one free carer ticket mirroring the full price purchased ticket. Documentation must be presented with valid photo ID:
– Disability living allowance or Attendance Allowance Award Letter (dated within the last 6 months)
– A headed letter from GP or Consultant (dated within the last 6 months) confirming the need for a full time carer.
Yes, all of the mazes involve live actors.
No, with the exception of certified trained guide dogs.
Please check your Junk and Spam folders. During busy periods it can take up to 24 hours to receive your tickets, however after this time, you still do not see your confirmation or tickets please contact us.
Whilst in the mazes, recording devices and photography is strictly prohibited. However you are allowed to take photos outside of the mazes and of our street actors, but ensure you respect social distancing guidelines.
Do not bring alcohol on site as it will be removed during bag checking. We have food and drink available ot purchase onsite.
Yes card payments are preferred in our food outlets and merchandise stands.

Yes there will be toilet facilities for you to use.
Yes we will be collecting everyone’s name and contact number on arrival for Track and Trace purposes.
Yes there is car parking available. There will be parking attendants to show you where to go.
Each maze will take you approximately 15-20 each, therefore it should take you between 1 hour – 1 hour 30 mins for them all.
Yes there will be security on site, please listen and follow any instructions that they give you. We ask you to fully cooperate with all bag checks on arrival.
Yes, we have street passes available to purchase, which allows access into the Scareground, but not into any attraction.
No they will not touch you at all during your time at Kent Scareground.
